As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a background in teaching and education, I know firsthand the toll that balancing personal and professional responsibilities can take. Having worn many hats myself, I understand the exhaustion that comes from being stretched too thin.

My personal experiences with pregnancy loss and the challenges of perinatal and postpartum mood disorders further shape my practice. I know the transition to parenthood can stir up feelings of joy, uncertainty, fear, and anxiety. But you don’t have to navigate these complexities alone.
